Oh hi. It’s me, Kate. Some call me Katie, but my friends + family call me Kate. I consider my clients friends, so you can call me Kate.
I am a thirty-something medical professional, Mom of twin girls, and wife to a pretty cool dude named Mark. You will get to know him in a minute. I am a bit of a “chatty kathy” and I am known to throw out a sarcastic or inappropriate joke or two. I am continuing my lifelong quest for the best slice of pizza (no, I do not like pineapple on my pizza), and although pizza is one of my favorites, it is tied in first with tacos. And guacamole. And chocolate. OK, so I like most food. Oh, and you can’t forget about beverages.
I live in Oregon, so don’t even try to tell me you don’t like wine. Because I LOVE it. And I WILL change your mind. Any wine will do, but a solid 2016 Yamhill Valley Pinot Noir just really does it for me.
My love for sweatpants is just as strong as my love for working out, so if I am not working in a hospital or filming an event, you will find me in sweaty workout gear or a solid pair of worn-in sweats. I am a social gal, so I love nothing more than meeting new people over lunch, coffee, and happy hour. Let’s set a date!

What’s up? Mark here. Let’s just say Kate is the yin to my yang. The peanut butter to my jelly. Or as Kate would say, the pepperoni to my pizza. She is the social one, and I am more of an introvert. But don’t let that fool you. Once the DJ starts playing that early 2000s rap playlist at a wedding, I am ON the dance floor. Camera gear and all.
Kate + I have been married for going on 13 years, but together for over 20, so we make a great team when it comes to filming. When I am not filming with Kate, I am either working at my day job, hanging out with my awesome twin daughters, or I am in search of the perfect IPA, or the best hot sauce to smother my food in.
Much like Kate, I love a good sweat sesh as well. So when I am not filming, you will more than likely find me at the gym. Gotta earn those IPA’s if you know what I mean!
